Topmatch Rules: Terms of Use for Players from Ukraine 2026
This document sets out the Topmatch terms of use: how an account is opened, the rules under which bets are accepted, what happens in case of breaches and how disputes are resolved. These Topmatch rules describe the relationship between the operator and the user. The document applies to all sections: the sports line, the casino, the cashier and the personal account.

Account: Creation and Confirmation
An account is opened by the user personally, in their own name. Registration on behalf of a third party and transfer of account access are not permitted.
When creating a profile, the user confirms they are 21 or older and provides accurate details. Responsibility for keeping them current rests with the account holder.
Identity Verification
Verification is mandatory before withdrawing funds. The operator may request documents earlier if grounds for a check arise.

An obvious error means odds clearly inconsistent with the probability of an outcome. Such slips are recalculated at the value that would have been set had the system worked correctly.

Account Transactions and Bonus Offers
Deposits and withdrawals go through the account cashier. Funds from third parties are not accepted: the payer and the account holder must be the same person.

Restrictions are applied proportionately to the breach. A disputed technical situation does not close an account, though transactions may be suspended.
Note: use of the platform by a person under 21 is a material breach. The account is closed and winnings are voided.
Rights to Platform Content
Intellectual property in site materials belongs to the operator or its partners: code, interface, texts, graphics, logos and section structure.
The user is granted a limited right of access: viewing materials and transacting within their own account. This transfers no rights to the content itself.

Revision of Terms

Continued use of the service after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the changes. Otherwise the account may be closed as described below.
Note: amendments have no retroactive effect on already settled bets. Slips accepted before a new version took effect are processed under the rules in force at the time of acceptance.
Account Closure and Access Restriction
An account may be terminated at the initiative of either party. The grounds and procedure depend on who initiates it.

The remaining balance is paid out after checks. The exception is amounts obtained in breach of these terms.
Self-Exclusion
The tool is intended for controlling gambling behaviour. The period is set in advance and early cancellation is not provided for — that is the point of the mechanism.
Important to know: closing an account does not cancel obligations arising before that moment. Open slips are settled under the general rules, and incomplete verification may delay payout of the balance.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing law is determined by the licence jurisdiction — Curacao. Ukrainian gambling legislation does not apply: there is no permit from the local regulator.
The practical consequence: a dispute is examined under the rules of the operator and its licensing authority, not within Ukrainian law.
